Bookings &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Bookings are confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Full payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Hire Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">The hire period starts from the agreed delivery or collection time and ends once the unit is collected by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Cancellations made more than <strong>48 hours<\/strong> prior to the hire start time may receive a full refund or credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Cancellations within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> may incur a cancellation fee of up to <strong>100%<\/strong> of the hire cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">No refunds are provided for early returns or unused hire time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Delivery &amp; Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">You must ensure clear, safe access for delivery and collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any additional time, access issues, or relocation requests may result in extra charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Once positioned, the cold room must not be moved without our approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Use of Equipment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Equipment must only be used for temperature-controlled storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You must ensure:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">A suitable and continuous power supply, tested and tagged if a power supply or generator has not been included in your hire agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Proper ventilation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Doors are kept closed when not in use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">The equipment must not be modified, tampered with, moved or repaired by anyone other than us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Temperature &amp; Power Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">While our cold rooms are designed to maintain temperature, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Power outages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Incorrect use or overloading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Doors being left open<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">External environmental conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to monitor temperature throughout the hire period,\u00a0we will provide a fact sheet to assist your\u00a0usage and care of the Mobile Cold Room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Damage, Loss &amp; Cleaning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Any loss, theft, or damage (excluding fair wear and tear) may be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Equipment must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Insurance &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">You are responsible for insuring the equipment and any items stored inside it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">We are not liable for spoilage, loss of stock, or indirect or consequential losses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Our liability is limited to the value of the hire fee paid, except where Australian Consumer Law applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Weather &amp; Environmental Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Equipment should be protected from extreme weather where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Damage caused by flooding, storms, or environmental conditions may result in repair or replacement charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Termination of Hire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to end the hire immediately if the equipment is misused or these terms are breached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect and manage personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Your details are used only for booking and communication purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of <strong>Queensland, Australia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
